Pass/fail TWAPs, proposal state, and the proposal-specific threshold are decoded from MetaDAO Futarchy v0.6 accounts. Cloudflare caches each successful snapshot for about one minute and can serve the last good snapshot during a short RPC outage. Historical volume and wallet-forensics flags still need an event indexer and are never filled with fixture values here.
